Box 2575 Merrifield, VA 22116-2575      NC Dog and Cat Rescue   On June 11, Friends participated in the rescue of dogs and cats from a hoarding situation in North Carolina. Our amazing volunteer, Ren, along with a HART volunteer, drove all the way to NC and braved the fleas, filth, and stench to save 15 dogs and 3 cats. Upon arival in VA, volunteers were on standby to help care for the animals and transport them to Friends, HART, and A Forever Home. Bricks will be a traditional red clay color and are 4 x 8 inches in size. Friends supporters can personalize a brick to memorialize or honor a special dog or cat, family member or friend.
